What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

About customs for global purchases:
We can arrange the delivery to your address but will be unable to clear it for import. You may need to cooperate with the courier on local import declaration and make a payment of duty/tax if necessary.

* Kindly remind: If the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to accept the package and the package is returned, the additional costs incurred, including the taxes and fees that have been incurred, and the return flow fee, will be borne by the buyer. As a result, extra costs beyond port-of-entry may be incurred upon receipt of your products.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business day processing time + 5 – 8 days delivery)

Asia Pacific & Middle East:

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order our team will go to work processing your order immediately. It will be sent right to our fulfillment center and sent out same day or next day on weekdays and on the following Monday for weekends.

Customers typically receive their order within just 2-3 days in most cases!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed.  You’ll find it near the bottom of the email in the “Your Purchase Documents” section.

If you didn’t receive an email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one, so we recommend that you check there.  You can also try our easy-to-use purchase lookup page to retrieve order information for any purchases you’ve made through cleverbridge.
